ברצוני להתייחס לסוגיה העולה בכל פעם שניבדק מגיע להיבדק והיא ,האם לבצע בדיקת פוליגרף ומדוע ?
ממליץ לבצע בדיקת פוליגרף ,וזאת בתנאי שיש עדות מול עדות ואו חשד ל- מעשים מגונים , הטרדה מינית ,קיום יחסי מין ללא הסכמה , שוחד ואחר .
כן לבצע בדיקת פוליגרף כדי להוכיח חפותכם, ולהציג את תוצאות בדיקת הפוליגרף בפני המשטרה / חוקרים לשם החלטה ,האם להמשיך בחקירה ו/או האם לבקש מהצד השני גם להיבדק . ובסיום החקירה בסיכום והמלצות ,האם להעביר חומר החקירה לפרקליטות לשם הגשת כתב אישום.
בדיקת הפוליגרף מומלצת גם עבור הפרקליטות ,וזאת משום שיש זכות לכל חשוד / נאשם להגיע לשימוע בפרקליטות. ובמידה והחשוד/ נאשם מגיע לפגישה בפרקליטות כאשר הוא מצויד בדוח סיכום בדיקת הפוליגרף. הדבר יכול לעזור לסגירת התיק ע"י הפרקליטות עוד לפני הגעתו לבימ"ש.
כן ממליץ, לבצע בדיקת פוליגרף במידה ואתם נחשדים בעבירה שכלל לא ביצעתם .
